Season of Joy is designed by Neil Faulkner and she carries a traditional wreath made from poinsettia and berries. Her festive dark berry red dress is matched with a black jacket and a flamboyant white scarf is tied around her neck against the winter chill. 24 carat gold highlights accentuate the flounces and hem of Season of Joy’s skirt and decorate the classic frog style fastenings of her jacket. 
Figurines capture a typical moment in time of the festive season and are often portrayed undertaking a last minute Christmas errand. This year’s figurine carries a traditional wreath – which is frequently used as a symbol of welcome on front doors to greet visitors over the holiday period. Combining berries and the poinsettia flower, which, with its magnificent red and green coloration, is synonymous with the festive season.
